Right of Withdrawal

How the withdrawal right is handled here

Your purchase is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly request that we begin performance at once, and you acknowledge that, as a result, your statutory right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins. Because the right is validly extinguished at the moment of purchase, it is not available afterwards, and the statutory electronic withdrawal function under section 356a BGB is therefore not applicable to these purchases. The instruction below is provided for completeness and applies only if, in an individual case, a withdrawal right nonetheless exists.

Standard withdrawal instruction

This instruction applies only if a withdrawal right exists. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TEMPEL Design, Schönwalder Straße 53, 13585 Berlin, Germany, email support@tempel.design) by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees are charged for the reimbursement.

Loss of the withdrawal right for digital content

Where the withdrawal right would otherwise apply, it lapses for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium when we have begun performance, after you have given your express prior consent to the start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
